About Gina Wang.
Gina Wang is a savvy real estate agent in Southern California, with more than 18 years of knowledge and experience. She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and holds their expectations of her as her priority. In order to assist her clients in finding the best possible buyer and selling homes at the best price within the fastest time frame, Gina utilizes traditional marketing techniques along with new and innovative methods that include ads on both the US and Chinese social media. She often holds workshops and seminars for Chinese home buyers and investors, so she is able to expose her listings to those audiences and her connections.
Along with being a broker, Gina is also affiliated with Transglobal, Inc, a wealth management group, in which she is the senior chief real estate consultant. She offers various insurance services and lending programs, such as residential real estate loans, commercial real estate loans, private loans, etc. Gina has a professional team working behind and supporting her, they are made up of talents ranging from banking to accounting, to market analysis, etc. In order to best serve her customers, Gina and her team focus on integrity, efficiency, professionalism, and legitimacy.
Aside from her current work, Gina has established a non-profit charity foundation called the Love All Beings Foundation. This foundation focuses mainly on donating to those less fortunate and funding animal shelters. It was created as a result of Gina and her husband’s beliefs that every being is equal, and every being deserves to be loved. While the donations go to these causes, Gina also takes time to create short films that promote the importance of these donations. Making short films is one of Gina’s passions, and because she is able to include her passion in her charity, it results in the charity holding even more value in her heart.
Currently, Gina resides in the San Gabriel Valley in Southern California with her husband, Daniel Hu, a commercial broker, and their two dogs. During her free time, she likes to pursue her interest of making short films, and check out new restaurants that opened up locally. She is a perfectionist, so she will always try her hardest at things she has an interest in. Gina also enjoys traveling, and making sure she has time to truly appreciate what life has to offer for her.
